Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order
All orders ship with free tracked & insured shipping — no minimum order value, delivered to your doorstep at no cost.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend enter processing on the next business day.
- Delivery: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders may be shipped from our international fulfillment centers. In rare cases carrier delays can occur that are outside our control; your tracking information will always show the current status of your shipment.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your shipment at any time on our Track your order page using your order number and email address.
Placing an order
Select your item and the correct variant (such as size or color), add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate — we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@olivialabel.com so we can try to correct it before the order ships.
