Yes. Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection on Shopify's secure checkout, and your card details are never visible to us or stored on our side.
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
Write to support@olivialabel.com with your order number as soon as you can. Orders move into fulfilment quickly, so the sooner you reach us, the more we can do.
Shipping & tracking
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Most orders arrive within 5-9 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Enter your order number on our Track your order page, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
The United States only. Every shipment is tracked and insured.
When the items in one order come from different stock, we send each piece out as soon as it's ready instead of holding the whole order back. Every parcel gets its own tracking link.
Sizing & fit
Open the size chart on the product page. Our dresses are measured in inches — bust, waist, hip and strap to hem — so you can compare them with a piece you already own and love.
Measure at the fullest point and take the larger size — a dress is easier to take in than to let out. Still unsure? Send your measurements to support@olivialabel.com and we'll tell you which size to pick.
Fabric and care instructions are listed on each product page under Product details.
Yes — scroll down to the reviews on the product page. Many customers add their own photos, so you can see how a piece falls before you decide.
Returns & support
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@olivialabel.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it step by step. The full conditions are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
