Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Yes. It can take a few days before the first scan appears, especially just after your order ships. If nothing has moved for a while, email support@olivialabel.com with your order number and we'll check it for you.
When the items in one order come from different stock, we send each piece out as soon as it's ready instead of holding the whole order back. Every parcel gets its own tracking link.
