1. Who we are
This website, olivialabel.com, is operated by Demi Group, trading as Olivia Label, a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK: 97105767). We serve customers internationally, with a focus on the United States.
Demi Group is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect when you visit our website
When you browse our website without placing an order, we collect only the technical data your browser transmits to our server (server log files): the pages you visit, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser type, operating system, and IP address. This data is technically necessary to display the website and to maintain its stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to make our website work and to understand how it is used:
- Essential cookies — set by our e-commerce platform (Shopify) to enable core functions such as your shopping cart and checkout.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, so we can improve it. IP addresses are processed in anonymized or truncated form where available.
- Marketing — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads tags for advertising measurement and remarketing.
You can configure your browser to notify you about cookie usage, accept cookies case by case, or block them entirely. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising via your browser settings, via aboutads.info, or via the ad settings of Google and Meta.
4. Contacting us
When you contact us (for example via our contact form or by email), we collect the data you provide in order to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to an order or contract). This data is deleted once your inquiry is fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Orders and customer accounts
When you place an order or open a customer account, we process the data you provide (such as your name, shipping address, email address, and order details) to fulfill the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@olivialabel.com — we retain order data only for as long as required by statutory retention periods.
6. Order fulfillment and payment
To deliver your order, we share the necessary data with our fulfillment and shipping partners and with payment service providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay), strictly for processing your payment and delivering your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where a third-party payment provider is used, its own privacy policy also applies. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer; we do not store your full card details.
7. Email marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you updates and offers (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use Klaviyo as our email marketing platform. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. If you purchased from us, we may send you information about similar products based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object at any time.
8. Advertising and analytics partners
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads for conversion tracking and remarketing, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These services use cookies and may process data on servers outside the EU. You can opt out as described in section 3.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer your personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

10. Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. After that, data is routinely deleted.
